Corinth is an ancient city and former municipality in Corinthia, Peloponnese, which is located in south-central Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality of Corinth, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. It is the capital of Corinthia.

Isthmus of Corinth

On the way to Peloponnesus first stop is the known Corinth Canal. The old bridge is the ideal spot to take photos at the greatest technical project of the 19th century in Hellas.

Next stop is the castle of Acrocorinthos.  One of the biggest castle in Hellas, dedicated to god Apollon. Acrocorinthos is a monolithic rock that has 574 meters altitude.
